Data Submittal FAX Contacts

To ensure that the proper DES staff member receives your faxed information in a timely manner, we have compiled the following information for your use. By directing the information to the appropriate staff member, including the system name, EPA ID number and all relevant compliance information, the faster the public water system gets credited for compliance.
