DES and NHMTA Announce Workshop on Marina Topics
Workshop April 10, 2009 in Concord
Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES) and New Hampshire Marine Trades Association (NHMTA) are pleased to announce an upcoming workshop and would like to invite marina owners and operators, marine contractors, and other interested parties to attend. The workshop will be held on Friday, April 10th from 8:30 a.m. 12:30 p.m. at DES at 29 Hazen Drive, Concord.
The workshop will include information on stormwater management, regulations and permits, the development of a New Hampshire clean marina program, and hazardous waste safety issues. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with DES and EPA staff, dealers, vendors, and their colleagues involved in the marine industry. Several vendors and DES programs will also have informational displays.
There is a $15 registration fee for NHMTA members, $20 for non-members, to be collected at the door. All payments must be made to the New Hampshire Marine Trades Association (cash or check only).
