Workshop Offered for Food Service Establishments
Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services and the Town of Meredith will be hosting a free workshop for restaurants and other food service facilities interested in learning about proper grease trap management, energy efficiency, waste reduction, water conservation and the benefits of becoming a Certified Green Facility. There will be a vendor area for viewing environmentally-friendly products and services.
The workshop will be held at the Inns at Mill Falls – Church Landing in Meredith.
Two identical 2-hour sessions will be offered on April 20, 2011 from 10am – Noon or 1pm – 3pm with a light lunch served between the sessions for registered attendees of either session.
