Used Oil Program

The Used Oil Subsection's goal is to encourage the recycling and safe management of used oil in New Hampshire. It has two primary objectives: to award grants to cities and towns of the State for the purpose of establishing or improving used oil collection centers for the "Do-It-Yourselfer" (DIY); and to oversee the compliance and enforcement of the regulations governing the generation, transportation, collection, and recycling of used oil. This is done through the development of effective regulations and policies, regulatory inspections, and technical assistance.
