• New Hampshire Administrative Rules Governing the Control of Air Pollution
  • Env-A 300: Ambient Air Quality Standards
    establishes the ambient air quality standards for the pollutants that are assessed in DES’s permit and regional modeling efforts.
  • Env-A 600: Statewide Permit System
    Env-A 606 specifies the requirements for performing an air pollution dispersion modeling impact analysis as part of the DES air permit application process.
  • Env-A 1400: Regulated Toxic Air Pollutants
    sets forth ambient air limits for regulated toxic air pollutants and contains additional air dispersion modeling requirements. Note, please anchor to rule.
