Sites that require long-term cleanup under Superfund end up on EPA’s National Priorities List (NPL). DES is involved in cleanup activities at 20 NPL sites in New Hampshire and at one site, the Mohawk Tannery site in Nashua, that has been proposed to be added to the NPL.
