Cost estimate forms shall be prepared pursuant to Env-Sw 1403.02. DES requires permitted solid waste facilities to submit one cost estimate per facility using the applicable cost estimate form(s) below.
- Collection/Storage/Transfer Facility

- Lined Landfill

- Post Closure for Lined and Unlined Landfills

- Unlined Landfill

Cost estimates are due on an annual basis and shall be submitted to DES no later than the anniversary of the permit issue date or an alternative date agreed upon by DES and the permittee in writing.
