Permit Applications Currently Under Review
The following is a list of solid waste permit applications currently under review, and a list of applications recently approved or denied. Any interested person may provide comments on the pending applications. The applications have been made available on the DES website for the convenience of the public. They are also available for review at the DES headquarters at 29 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH with an appointment scheduled through the DES Public Information Office at (603) 271-2919. Those wishing to comment may do so through the following email address:
swpublic.comment@des.nh.gov. Please include the name of the facility in the subject line. Comments may also be sent by regular mail to: DES, PO Box 95, Concord, NH 03302.
