There is no fee for the Dam Removal Attachment to Wetlands Bureau Standard Dredge and Fill Application . Fees, administered by the Wetlands Bureau, vary with the type of standard dredge and fill application, and are described in Fee Schedule for NHDES Wetlands Permit Applications and Notifications (Effective July 1, 2007).
Typically within 60 days upon receipt of a complete application.
Term is five years.
