The Drinking Water Source Protection Program works collaboratively with stakeholders throughout New Hampshire to protect the state's drinking water. Information about the following committees and projects working to protect the state's waters is available here.
- NH Groundwater and Drinking Water Protection Strategy Workgroup is comprised of federal, state, regional, and local agency representatives and other stakeholders. The group identifies and prioritizes issues and work tasks to continually improve the protection of New Hampshire’s groundwater and surface water sources of public water supplies. - SB 155 - An Act establishing a commission to study issues relative to groundwater withdrawals.
- SB 162 - An Act establishing a committee to study water resources.
