Effective January 1, 2009, RSA 485-A:35-36 requires that all permitted designers and installers complete a minimum of six hours biennially of continuing education credit hours pre-approved by DES Subsurface Systems Bureau. The credit hour requirement applies to all renewals for January 1, 2011 and subsequent two-year license renewals.
