Watershed Assistance and Watershed Restoration project grantees are required to submit a final report at the end of the project period. The final report must comply with specific reporting guidelines
. Final project reports are used by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services to document the success of the project, to promote the project achievements, and to write annual reports for US Environmental Protection Agency. The annual reports submitted to EPA are used by the federal government to guide future budget allocations.
