Winnipesaukee River Basin Program
WRBP Connection Permit

Purpose
To provide the authorization to connect to a State-owned interceptor sewer.

Applicability
Applies to any person proposing to connect a sewer to the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program (WRBP) Interceptor System.

Fee
$200 application fee. Fee does not apply to municipalities, counties, state agencies or school districts.

Processing Time
Typically 15 business days once the application is deemed complete.

Term/Renewal
Does not expire.

Modification/Amendments
Any modification to the proposed method of connection to the interceptor or placement of the connection along the interceptor must be approved by the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program prior to making the connection.

Transferability
May transfer ownership if notification is provided to the Winnipesaukee River Basin Program.

Appeals
Any person aggrieved by a final decision may appeal the decision to the Water Council in accordance with Env-WC 200.
