Wastewater Engineering Bureau
Engineer Pre-qualification Approval

Purpose
Pre-qualification insures New Hampshire municipalities are represented by engineers qualified for planning, design and construction administration for specific water pollution control and drinking water related projects.

Applicability
Pre-qualification is required for engineers working on State Revolving Fund (Clean Water and Drinking Water SRF) projects and Wastewater State Aid Grant projects.

Application

Fee
$200 for first application. $50 for yearly renewals.

Processing Time
Typically, seven to ten days.

Term/Renewal
Term is one year. Use Application for PrequalificationMicrosoft Word Symbolfor renewal.

Modification/Amendments
Submit modifications to the Wastewater Engineering Bureau using the Application for PrequalificationMicrosoft Word Symbol.

Transferability
Not transferable.

Appeals
Described in Env-Wq 603.09 Right of Appeal (Env-Wq 600 Selection of Consulting Engineers)
Any person aggrieved by a final decision can appeal the decision to the Water Council in accordance with Env-WC 200.
