Pre-qualification insures New Hampshire municipalities are represented by engineers qualified for planning, design and construction administration for specific water pollution control and drinking water related projects.
Pre-qualification is required for engineers working on State Revolving Fund (Clean Water and Drinking Water SRF) projects and Wastewater State Aid Grant projects.
$200 for first application. $50 for yearly renewals.
Typically, seven to ten days.
Term is one year. Use Application for Renewal of Inclusion on Roster of Prequalified Engineers for renewal.
Submit modifications to the Wastewater Engineering Bureau using the Application for Renewal of Inclusion on Roster of Prequalified Engineers .

Any person aggrieved by a final decision can appeal the decision to the Water Council in accordance with Env-WC 200.
