The "Front End" is broken down into four sections and two project sign details. Bidding Requirements include the advertisement for bids, information for bidders, bid schedule, bonds and must be customized depending upon what funding program (SRF, SAG, RD, CDBG) is being used.
The Contract forms include the Agreement, bonds and notices and are available in either PDF or WORD format.
The General Conditions are available only in PDF format as no changes may be made to this document. Any additional requirements should be inserted as special conditions. Please be aware that, by definition, Supplemental General Conditions are "modifications by a Federal Agency" only. The SRF Federal Provisions are only required when SRF funding is being used. Please contact Rural Development and/or the Office of State Planning if either of those programs is also providing funding.
