Below is a checklist of items and application forms to be submitted to obtain funding from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF).
In order to begin processing your application, we ask that you submit any items as soon as possible. For example, if you know the specific scope of your project but may not have authority to borrow, submit checklist items 1, 2, 11 and 14. This will allow us to move forward with internal and interagency environmental reviews where possible. All information is to be sent to the following:
