It is sponsored by a coalition comprised of state and federal agencies, water suppliers, water consultants, and others interested in water issues. Activities at the festival include hands-on exhibits, water-themed plays, educational water activities, pipe tapping demonstrations, a municipal water tasting contest, and the finals of the State Fourth Grade Water Science Fair. Call 271-4071 for information about the next upcoming festival or to get a copy of the Fourth Grade Water Science Fair Manual.
