*CHAPTER 482-A. FILL AND DREDGE IN WETLANDS
On May 10, 2005, House Bill 457 amended RSA 482-A with regards to permit exemptions for certain man-made structures that collect or convey stormwater or spring runoff or are used for certain commercial or industrial processes. DES is preparing guidance to address the scope of the exemption.

PROPOSED RULES

*Proposed Wetlands Rules for Fetch, Dock Design, Aquatic Exotic Plant Control

The public hearing on the proposed rules will be held Monday, December 17, 2007 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at DES's offices at 29 Hazen Drive in Concord, NH.

*Proposed Wetlands Rules for Vernal Pool Definitions and Delineation of Vernal Pools; Classification of Natural Communities; and Logging Operations

The public hearing on the proposed rules will be held Thursday, February 21, 2008, 12 noon - 2 pm at DES's offices in Concord, NH.
