RSA 485-A:4,ix-a

Payment of fees is required for the review of non-municipal sewerage and wastewater treatment facility designs.  Fees are assessed according to the following schedule:

• Fees for the submittal of plans and specifications for sewers are $0.10 per gal/day of total flow for which the system is designed for the first 10,000 gallons per day and $0.05 per gal/day for any flow in excess thereof.
• The fee for plans for pump stations, force mains, interceptors and wastewater treatment facilities is $200 per plan sheet.
• For a Sewer Connection Permit request submitted independently or without plans and specifications, the fee is $50.00.
