Cyanobacteria Outreach RFP: Additional Information

HB1066 allocated $30,000 to NHDES to support our preparation of the cyanobacteria plan. Funds will support two projects: one to do additional toxin analysis, and a second to conduct stakeholder outreach to inform plan development. For toxin analysis, we are in the process of finalizing a cooperative work agreement with UNH, where the Lay Lakes Monitoring Program will be analyzing samples for us. For stakeholder outreach, the Request for Proposals (RFP) is open until 5:00 PM Nov. 16 on the DAS Bids and Proposals website under bid number DES 2023-06. NHDES has provided this additional information in response to an inquiry from an interested party.
