Provides wetlands science and regulatory expertise in the conduct and supervision of wetlands permit and inspection activities. Supervises the review of applications and issuance of decisions in the Inland Wetlands Permitting Section. Has overall responsibility for maintaining consistency, technical integrity, and work priorities in the Inland Wetland Permitting Section.
