The New York State Pollution Prevention Institute (NYSP2I) held the NY Sustainable Brewery Summit on May 4 and May 11, 2021. The two-day online event discussed pollution prevention best practices and focused on three key areas:
- Real-world solutions for water and chemical use.
- Reduction initiatives for brewery operations.
- Understanding wastewater challenges.
