Information Session on RFP for Deployment of Offshore Wind in the Gulf of Maine – New Hampshire Impact Assessment
Concord, NH – The New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) and the New Hampshire Department of Energy (NHDOE) will host an online information session related to a recently released Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals to assess the potential environmental, economic and energy impacts in New Hampshire of development of offshore wind projects in the Gulf of Maine.

NHDOE will only consider bids in response to this RFP that propose a total cost of no more than $250,000. Electronic proposals must be received at NHDOE no later than 4:30 p.m. EST on January 7, 2022. If NHDOE decides to award a contract as a result of this RFP process, any award is contingent upon approval of the contract by the Commissioner of NHDOE and, if applicable, the Governor and Executive Council of the State of New Hampshire, with payment subject to the availability of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) grant funds.
The RFP can be found on the NHDOE website. Electronic proposals must be submitted in PDF format and must be searchable. Proposals must be submitted to RFP@energy.nh.gov. In addition to the electronic submission, one paper copy must be submitted to the RFP point of contact:
